Municipal Animal Services is located at 3961 Bluebell Drive, Everman, TX 76140. 

The MAS shelter is open by appointment only from 10am – 5pm, Monday – Sunday

  • Please note that we do not accept drop offs of stray pets at the shelter. Please call 817-561-5495 to report the pet and an Officer will be dispatched to the location.
•  If you need to surrender your pet, please view our Rehoming Resources page. 
  • If you have an urgent situation that requires you to immediately surrender your pet, please call 817-561-5495 or EMAIL us.

Animal Control Officers are available for field services from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Sunday

The shelter & field services are closed on all major holidays.

Animal Control Officers are available 24hrs a day on holidays and from 5pm – 8am on regular business days for EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY

Emergency calls include:

• • Animal bites (domestic & wildlife)
  • Wildlife inside a residence
  • Aggressive or threatening animals
  • Injured animals
  • Loose livestock

Please call 817-561-5495 for all animal related incidents, including emergencies. You may also file a general complaint using our Online Animal Complaint Form. 

Please DO NOT USE the Online Animal Complaint Form for animal related emergencies. Please call 817-561-5495 during business hours or 817-293-2923 after hours for emergency calls.
